Plan your stay
If you want to plan your trip independently, the links below will provide all the information you need to find accommodations and dining options that suit your needs. Bar-le-Duc also offers a variety of activities and interesting tours, as well as artisanal products and other opportunities for exploration.
Our tips for an optimal experience
- Buy your tickets in advance: the best shows can attract large crowds. Tickets will not be sold at the door if the concert is sold out.
- Plan your after-parties: as capacity is limited for after-parties, remember to reserve your place on our ticket office in the “Options” section.
- Purchase your tokens: if you plan to come to the Guinguette or the After Party, please note that tokens (BEV) are the only form of payment accepted. No other form of payment will be accepted. Tokens can be purchased on site. In addition, tokens are also available for purchase at our ticket office, in the “Options” section.
- Arrive early: arriving early will guarantee you a good seat and a more enjoyable experience. If you are coming by car, allow enough time for parking. Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the concert.
- Explore the Off concerts: the small free stages around town can offer surprising and enriching discoveries.
- Dress comfortably: bring clothing that is suitable for the weather and comfortable for evenings of festivities.
- Hydrate regularly: with all the excitement, it’s easy to forget to drink water. Hydration stations are available on site.

Respect, inclusion, and risk reduction
The EnVoix association wants the Bar’EnVoix festival to be a fun and festive event open to everyone. We want this festival to be a festive moment of relaxation and well-being. To achieve this, we are particularly attentive to:
- Affordability: a low pricing policy to make the festival accessible to as many people as possible.
- Accessibility: promoting accessibility for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
- Risk reduction: prevention of risky practices in a festive environment (drug use, hearing risks, etc.).
- Vigilance regarding discrimination: everyone can consciously or unconsciously reproduce certain behaviors and be led to question themselves if they are made aware of it.
- Respect for consent in all situations: in all circumstances, consent must be given freely, in an informed, enthusiastic, specific manner and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Respect for everyone: volunteers are dedicated to the festival but are not at the service of anyone, neither the public nor the artists. Neither seniority, status, nor gender justifies domination.
- Discriminatory, stigmatizing language and intrusive gestures are not tolerated: avoid discriminatory humor, remarks, or gestures that are intrusive or could be perceived as such.
