A unique experience between passion and complicity
The vocal trio Les Chanteuses Anonymes is based in Brussels and consists of Clara Legros, Lydie Thonnard, and Anne Bernard. They are all professional musicians who were brought together by their love of singing. Their repertoire is entirely a cappella, ranging from world music to jazz and classical. Guided by their musical passions, they present original arrangements that highlight their synergy and unique voices.
Jazz and Voice: The Art of Arrangement
Les Chanteuses Anonymes offer two types of repertoire. The first is dedicated to the Christmas season. This repertoire can be found on their 2022 album, “Rendez-vous sous le gui“, released under the artistic direction of Els Crommen.
The second repertoire is mainly composed of jazz standards arranged specifically for their three voices. This repertoire will be featured on their second album, scheduled for recording in autumn 2025 under Emily Alison’s artistic direction.
They shine at the Univox 2024 competition
They won the Univox competition in Belgium in the spring of 2024. In August of that year, they had the opportunity to hone their skills with Steven Connolly at the International A Cappella School de Westonbirt, England.
