ENSEMBLE Ô is a group of four to eight versatile singers brought together by Laetitia Corcelle. They have performed around 80 concerts in beautiful venues, including the Via Aeterna and Saintes festivals, the Flâneries de Reims, the Gstaad, Agde, Comminges, Perpignan, and Rocamadour festivals, as well as the Sacrées Journées in Strasbourg and Sacrée Musique in Var and Lyon. They interpret classical vocal repertoire without stylistic or chronological boundaries.

Classical music, a vector of unity

The pleasure of music, as well as the camaraderie between the artists, are essential elements that bring the audience closer to the work. The programs of ENSEMBLE Ô are designed around universal and accessible themes, such as nature, light, the magic of Christmas, or the maternal figure. These subjects resonate with everyone, whether they are music lovers or not, thus facilitating the appropriation of classical music by a wide audience.

The artists mentioned are both soloists and choristers, allowing them to master the art of listening and presence in these two roles. They have various specialties in diverse musical practices and styles, ranging from teaching at regional conservatories to performing street music, opera, popular music, contemporary art music, and medieval music.

This diversity of skills enriches the ensemble’s repertoire, enabling it to perform music from all historical periods. Additionally, this diversity offers a significant pedagogical dimension, facilitating mediation in various contexts.
