Become a partner of the 2026 festival

Partnership is essential to the success of our International A Cappella Festival !
By partnering with companies, we can offer participants an unforgettable experience while promoting your brand. Imagine the excitement of showcasing your brand during a colorful, lively event. This festival is a wonderful opportunity to bring diverse and enthusiastic audiences together to celebrate and unite the community while supporting your development.
Support the festival
There are several ways you can support the association and the festival:
They are a source of internal funding paid by association members. Unlike admission fees, membership fees are annual. Members are eligible for tax relief of up to 66% of the membership fee.
Membership fees are one-time payments made by new members of an association. Unlike dues, membership fees are not renewed.
Patronage is very similar to sponsorship. Legally speaking, the two are indistinguishable. However, from a tax standpoint, patronage (whether for advertising or another purpose) must be discreet and may not involve advertising in return for the patroning company.
- The association, however, may promote the patroning company. Article 238 bis a, paragraph 3 of the General Tax Code (CGI) states the following: “Tax exemption applies even if the name of the contributing company is associated with the operations carried out by the association.”
- The tax exemption for patronage will only be called into question if the value of the service provided is significantly disproportionate to the amount donated.
- Patronage can take various forms, such as financial contributions (checks, transfers, etc.), in-kind contributions (donation of fixed assets, such as vehicles, furniture, and equipment; provision of skills; and supply of goods and services).
Sponsoring, often referred to as patronage, is when a company finances an association in exchange for something in return. It is a form of commercial advertising. Through its support, the company can develop its brand image. Although it does not entitle the company to tax relief, it is directly deductible from the company’s profits (subject to compliance with the general conditions of deductibility). Sponsoring entitles the company to promote itself by displaying its name.
The donation entitles you to a tax deduction of up to 66% for private individuals.
A comprehensive partnership
The EnVoix Association‘s various rules and compensation measures are essential to ensuring a beneficial partnership.
This partnership is designed to meet the expectations of both parties, optimize synergies, and facilitate smooth development.
In this context, the EnVoix Association has decided on the following rules:
- The entry fee is €300 to be declared a “patron.”
- For €500 or more, the patron is granted two tickets to an evening concert.
- For €1,000 or more, the patron is granted four tickets to an evening concert.
- For €2,000 or more, the number of tickets offered will be agreed upon with the patron.
For donations over - €3,000, the partner’s logo will be displayed at the top of all pages on the website (with the partner’s consent) in addition to the concert tickets offered.
- Drinks are not offered at the After Party due to the “VIP” evening (usualy held in April).
- Below €500, no concert tickets will be offered unless the sponsor contributes to the artists’ free accommodation.
- If a person makes a donation to the association, they are neither a sponsor nor a patron, but they are tax-exempt according to the provisions set out above.
- The logo of any partner, with their agreement, will be displayed in an illuminated wooden box in front of the stage (see photo at the top of the page).
